Morning Pickup & Drive to Marangu Gate
Your adventure begins early in the morning with pickup from your hotel or residence in a comfortable private Toyota Alphard. Relax as you travel through the beautiful countryside toward Marangu Gate, the main entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park. Along the way, you'll pass local villages, coffee farms, banana plantations, and enjoy views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days.
Upon arrival at the park gate, your guide will complete the registration process while you have time to prepare for the hike.
Hike Through Kilimanjaro Rainforest to Mandara HutAfter entering Kilimanjaro National Park, begin your guided hike along the famous Marangu Route. The trail winds through a lush montane rainforest filled with towering trees, giant ferns, wildflowers, and fresh mountain air.
As you hike, your guide will introduce you to the unique plants, wildlife, and ecology of the mountain. Keep an eye out for blue monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and a variety of colorful bird species that live within the forest.
After approximately 3–4 hours, you'll arrive at Mandara Hut (2,720 m / 8,923 ft), the first overnight camp for climbers attempting the summit. Take time to relax, enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings, and learn about the history of the Marangu Route.

From Mandara Hut, take a short walk to Maundi Crater, where you'll enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding forests, the Kenyan plains, and, on clear days, the magnificent slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
After exploring the crater, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch Box, accompanied by soft drinks and bottled water while surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the mountain.
Descend to Marangu Gate
Following lunch, begin your descent along the same scenic trail through the rainforest. The downhill hike offers another opportunity to appreciate Kilimanjaro's rich biodiversity, capture more photographs, and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere as you make your way back to Marangu Gate.
Upon arrival, your guide will complete the park checkout procedures before beginning the return journey.

Your safety is our absolute priority, which is why we invest in high-quality equipment that never fails. When you climb with us, you will sleep in genuine, heavy-duty four-season tents from trusted international brands like The North Face and Mountain Hardwear. These tents are built to handle the toughest mountain weather. Plus, we monitor your health every day using pulse oximeters, and we always carry emergency oxygen and first-aid kits.
For your wildlife safari, we use reliable 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers built specifically for the African terrain. Every vehicle comes with a pop-up roof for perfect wildlife viewing, built-in phone chargers, and a fridge for cold drinks.
A successful trek or safari is only possible because of a hard-working crew. Having worked on the mountain for years, we promise that our team is treated with the highest level of respect and dignity.
We make sure our porters and guides are well-paid, well-fed, properly clothed for the freezing cold, and have comfortable sleeping arrangements. We believe that happy crews provide the best service and the biggest smiles. By choosing us, you are actively supporting a fair, ethical system that takes good care of the local families behind the scenes.
We believe that trust starts with your budget. Once we discuss your itinerary and agree on a final price, that price is 100% locked in. There will be no sudden price increases, no hidden fees, and no surprise taxes waiting for you when you arrive.
We break down exactly what is included and what is not right from the start. In very rare cases—such as sudden government park fee changes—we promise to communicate with you immediately and openly. No secrets, no last-minute shocks. Just honest, transparent teamwork from day one.
